- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. The front reception ladies (I know them all now with how many times I have called) are friendly but I have had SOOOO many issues getting claims processed with 2 different children. Every time they claim they need information that I have already sent so they just send it to "claims" again (agreeing they have everything). I am waiting for claims to be paid from a year ago and fighting collections for a wellness check claim that should be paid at 100%. The claims department is awful. Side note, the call drops if you go more than one cycle before they answer. Just an added dagger.December 01, 2016by Emily K
