- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can't tell you what is worse, the rude women at the front desk that treat you like you're wasting their time and are holding them up from their heavy workload by checking in/out or waiting an hour to see the doctor. My son sat in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes, puking every 5-10 minutes just waiting to see the doctor. Our first experience there was a woman holding up another mom who had 6 kids from leaving the building because the lady's older children were babysitting the infant and toddler while the other kids were being seen. Because this woman wanted to call the cops and children services, my appointment got put on the back burner and we waited another hour and a half. After a few visits I transferred to the Green Location which isn't as long of a wait time but has evil front desk workers who talk about you when you walk away from the desk. Both of these locations are a disgusting joke and if our original Pediatrician hadn't moved an hour away from us, we would be going back to him. We will never go back to Hudson or Green location again. I put in an upper management complaint today about our experience at Green. It will be under the Green review.May 16, 2017by Em Bob
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doesn't even diserve the one star! Walked in 10:33am for their walkin appointment. Website states it ends at 12:30pm! Receptionist tells me that it's over at 10:30am and could make me and appt for 11:30. Go back at 11:30. An hour goes by and I'm told that there are three people ahead of me! BUT THERES NO ONE ELSE IN THE WAITING ROOM! Totally disrespectful of the pediatrician and the staff to keep me and my two sick babies waiting that long!
